Dear comrades of the Partido Obrero,
I inform you briefly on the impact of the message of solidarity from the Argentine trade unionists. I was in Corlu last Tuesday and I spoke in a hall completely filled with workers of the leather industry (and some from other industries). Things were going well, but the most dramatic moment came at the end, when I read the message sent by the comrades of the Partido Obrero, there was a deafening applause; and the comrades are going to publish the text in the local and national press.
If this work goes on, in the future I would like to ask you for a change in the messeages from Argentina as well as in those coming from other countries. The struggle of the workers of Ileri-Deri has been joined by workers from another factory; therefore, the messages should be directed to both. Moreover, we are now in contact with the local of the leather industry trade union in another city, Gonen, where workers from 14 factories are struggling for the same cause (they have been fired only because they wanted to join a union).
Thank you for your solidarity, a big hug,
